Refund policy
Hi, as the owner and founder of Hiddin, I wanted to personally explain our Return Policy and lay out the procedure for returning our items and receiving your refund. Because our items are made of clear acrylic, it is imperative to properly follow our return policy so that you receive your refund.
If you have changed your mind and would like to return your merchandise, Hiddin will gladly issue a return authorization number (RMA) on any unused, unwashed, or undamaged product within 7 days of receiving your order. Custom items and Discontinued Items cannot be cancelled or returned once ordered.
Orders cannot be cancelled after 48 hours of purchase. Custom orders are not cancellable or returnable once your payment has been processed.

Buyer Remorse
1. You have 30 days from the time of receiving your order, to advise us of your return. After the 30 day return period, returns will no longer be accepted.
2. Email your request to customerservice@shophiddin.com and include your order number, name and reason for your return. We will send you a return authorization number and provide our warehouse address. Please do not return items without prior authorization as it will be refused and will not be returned to you.
3. Hiddin does not offer free returns. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping. Please return your items with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Priority Mail) and retain your receipt. Please be advised that until there is proof that we have received your merchandise, it is your property. Hiddin is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Insurance by itself does not provide proof of delivery. If an insured item becomes lost, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the carrier to recover their loss. Insurance with the carrier is a transaction between the individual and the carrier and is not affiliated with Hiddin.
4. Please do not return items that show visible use, wear and tear or scratches. These items will not be refunded and will not be sent back to you. We cannot honor returns for any merchandise that has been used or is not in its original, new condition. Items that arrive with a Red hang tag, must have the red tag if you are returning them. Once the red tag is removed, items are not returnable.
5. You MUST keep and reuse the original Hiddin box and all interior packaging and the item must be repackaged in the same way it was received. This helps to insure that the item will arrive back to our warehouse without any damage. Items shipped back with any other packaging will not be refunded or returned.
6. Your item must have the red hang tag still attached to the item. Once red tag is removed, the item is NOT RETURNABLE. Please do not return the item if you have removed the red tag because you will not be refunded and we will not send the item back to you.
7. If your item arrived with a protective film on the item, please do not remove this protective film if you plan to return it; we will not accept returns without the protective film. Once you remove the film, the item is not returnable.
8. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and once deemed in good condition, we will issue a refund back to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 21 days for the credit to appear back on your credit card due transit time and inspection time. If you do not receive your credit within 21 days, please contact customer service.
9. If a store credit is requested, it will expire within 365 days of issue. Store credits are non-transferable and non-returnable.
Damages
Please keep all products and packaging, and take photos of the outside box, inside packaging, the product, and the product's damage, as well as any damage on the box itself.
Email your order number, a description of the damage, and the photos to customerservice@shophiddin.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Photos and all requested proof of damage must be received within 48 hours of request or the claim cannot be processed and replacements cannot be sent out. Once we receive the email, we will work with you to replace the damaged items promptly. Damaged products may not be returned for a refund; you will get a replacement only.
Defective Items
Please be sure to open and inspect your products immediately. Any defect must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. Photos and all requested proof of defect must be received within 48 hours of request or the claim cannot be processed and replacements cannot be sent out.
Once photos are received to verify the defect, and if deemed defective by Hiddin, you will receive a replacement of the same item. Defective product may not be returned for a refund; you will get a replacement only.
Claims for defective merchandise will not be honored if the items are used or installed.
